The estate's 25 rooms welcome 50 to 65 of your guests on-site, with a minimum stay of two nights mid-week and three on weekends — naturally shaped for the way Canadian and North-American couples travel for a destination wedding. Ceremonies take place outdoors in the gardens or beneath a covered stretch tent on the aia; the in-house team handles staffing, lighting and turn-down, while Rotondo Catering — the estate's exclusive partner — builds the menu around honest Puglian tradition. A trusted external planner coordinates with the family direction to keep the weekend personal, intimate and quietly refined.
